Redesigning the Job Posting Experience for Spokes

As a UX Designer with Hack4Impact, I teamed up with Spokes, a nonprofit supporting other nonprofits, to improve their job board experience. I led user research through 6 interviews, created personas, and ran usability tests to uncover major pain points in their posting and approval process. Based on those insights, I redesigned the job submission flow and built an admin dashboard that makes it easier for staff to review and manage listings in real time. I also enhanced their design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Case study coming soon!
